2G Replacing turbo

So I’m all stock 95 Talon TSi. It’s got a t25 that has play so I just got my spare t25 rebuilt to do a swap. Can someone tell me if I’m missing anything? So far I’m ordering the o2 housing gasket, oil return line gasket, and a 7cm turbo to manifold gasket. Is that everything I need to make the swap or am I missing something? My first time so thanks for any help
