I had an issue with my factory sunroof where one guide was more forward than the other. I bought one from Miller Import Parts. I was wondering if there was anything I need to do before just dismount the old and mount the new, such as putting a seal in certain parts, etc...

Just make sure to plug the 4 draining hoses, I would also do a leak test of them before installing the headliner and test all the sunroof electrical functions are working properly. Don't forget the little draining bar is located correctly (as in the picture below), otherwise, you'll get a huge leak:

I appreciate the advice. I'm gonna replace the windstrip with a weatherstrip and putting it around the assembly. Wish there was a way to figure a drain path for the back section of it.
