I am picking up a 91 Eclipse here in a couple days. It needs the rear main seal replaced. My question is what other seals/gaskets should I replaced while I am down there?

Well there really isn't much by the rear main seal...since you have to drop the tranny and remove the clutch/flywheel to get to it you might want to consider a new clutch, TOB, and flywheel resurface/replace.

Since you're dropping your tranny, perhaps the front diff seals, if you have them, not sure being that you are AWD, but I'm willing to bet you do.
I'm not sure about the T-Case, but I'm willing to bet there's an output shaft seal some where on that thing for the driveline to the rear, check to see if that is leaking.
Don't forget to do the carrier bearing mod too....
