Replacing engine wiring harness, need advice on getting it through firewall.

I just replaced the dashboard in my car about a month ago. I am not really trying to take it off again to replace the harness. It's such a pain in the ass to take off the whole damn dash again just to get a handful of connectors through the firewall... there has to be an easier way. Anybody done it??

ummmm.....i thought that is the easy way. There is no replacement for space. It is better to remove the dash so you do not need to manover.

Remove the glovebox and go through that way. There should be enough room.

There is a ground wire somewhere up there so do forget that either.

Where is the ground? There is one right by the ECU, and one right after the harness is through the firewall right?
