ok... my gst was totaled and everything is out of the motor... my friend needs the wiring harness... i have it all unhooked on both sides, but under the pass side there is all this crap... anyone know how to get around taking all that crap out or what???? im to the point where im about to cut the wires and solder them back together... should i do this or is there an easier way to get the harness out... also how come the hole in the firewall is like 2 in diameter and some of the plugs are larger... anyone who has taken out a wiring harness from experience plz give me some pointers... im about to take the crowbar to all that crap under the pass. side b/c im crushing the car this monday and dont care about any of it it seems like i have unhooked, unscrewed, and unbolted everything under that pass side and none of it comes down or out and that rubber dark colored thing that covers everything is in the way too

You aren't very clear about the crap and where it goes and where it comes from. If you can explain a litter better you'd get helped. I pulled my harness out of my car and I didn't run into any crap.

i honestly dont know what all the "crap" is but the "crap" im speaking of is everything below/behind the glove box on a 1g that is in between the wiring harness and the firewall inside the car on the passengers side.... it seems like all this stuff has to come out to get access to the hole in the firewall where the wiring harness goes through... is there an easier way to get the wiring harness through that i dont know about? i swear i have taken every bolt off underneath that glovebox and still nothing comes off... im about to cut the wiring harness at the firewall and then solder it back together...

thanks for any help... is there an easier way to get it out or something im just not seeing??
