replacement for OEM flexpipe?

Hi everyone... Here's the question at hand.....
My flexpipe is broken and needs to be replaced. OEM is way overpriced, and my thoughts are that there has to be something out there better than stock that is around the same price. I did try searching this topic and didn't find what I was specifically looking for in an answer. Anybody do an upgrade like this?? Thanks guys!!

What flexpipe... in the exhaust? You can find one of those on eBay and have it welded in locally. Many reputable online stores sell them too.

You can buy a header that comes with a downpipe and that would be way cheaper than buying oem .

Most local exhaust shops have them in stock. Just have one welded in.

Check out ebay, maybe buy and aftermarket header off of ebay. But other wise local exhaust shop will weld on in for you.

I went to the local exhaust shop yesterday and found out that my flex pipe had a leak in it. Nothing serious yet but he said a couple months and I will have to replace it. He said $65 and he would install a brand new one so It can't be to much.

That sounds like the best bet for you too. Yea, this one shop told me that its a dealer only item priced at $400! Thats REDICULOUS! I'm looking into the header option right now. Did some searching and it seems like people are getting good results from Tsudo and Pacesetter for our motors. Good luck with your flexpipe issue as well
