Replace pressure plate and clutch disc?

I'm pretty sure I am going need to replace my pressure plate and clutch disc. Any opinions based on visual inspection?

The Hayne's manual says to replace the pressure plate if the tabs are worn in the center like in the picture. But you think it looks okay? The flywheel looks fine to me (no pic), but I will be getting it resurfaced as well.
 
It's always been my thought that why not replace anything that you take out if you've gone through the time of taking it all apart. The pressure plate is a wear item, just like the disc. If you put a brand new disc in there, why wouldn't you replace the plate as well. The cost is minmal while it's all apart vs. not replacing it now and maybe having to tear it all apart again in a few months when the plate goes.
