REMOVAL
1. Remove front upper timing belt cover.
2. Follow removal procedure outlined in illustration, noting the following.

3. Use a wrench at the hexagonal part of the camshaft(to prevent the crankshaft from turning) to loosen the camshaft sprocket bolt.
Remove the camshaft sprockets.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order, noting the following.

i put my stock cam in a vise on the flat part that is shaped kind of like a nut then used a breaker bar and socket on the bolt that holds the gear on and "muscled" it off.:thumb:

Just so you know this is the hardest/tightest thing I have removed . I will tell you it scared me when it broke lose . Thought I damaged something for sure .
