Not a problem!

ok i will check into it for sure.

is it worth porting the wastegate on the t25? off topic can i run stock injector's with the 16g?

ok yeah thats what i was curious about. i will leave it alone.

which is better open dump or recirculated?

You should do some research or change threads if possible since this was originally about talon dave and his car haha.

But I wouldn't bother doing anything with a t25, get a 14b to put onto it and port that if anything. You will need to get upgraded injectors but I believe many will run evo injectors or 500+CC injectors for a 16g. Also something to tune with.

Like mentioned, I wouldn't waste any time with porting the T25 unless your trying to break a record or something. They just don't perform well enough to need it.

Open dump can improve exhaust flow since the wastegate isn't dumping into the downpipe, but the downside is they're loud. On a quick spooling turbo they can get old very quick. And yes, you can run stock injectors but only at stock boost (~10psi). If you want to crank up the boost you'll need more fuel. I'd suggest 650/660cc minimum.

Yeah I think that guy was confused. I have a set of 550's and a safc. The 550's are put in a drawer for now. Alright I will leave the stock t25 be its lame self and just port the 16g. I'm still not sure if I want an open dump o2 ### of that reason for it being loud. But the plus side to it would be that you will always know your wastegate is working! Haha

If i remove the rib in a 2g t25 stock manifold will i benefit from it? Or would it be a waste of time?

People just answer the OP Ques, stop telling him to do swap out turbos, This is one problems with Tuners. Answer the person Ques and move on. Port everything it does help. later down the road when you can swap out to a 14G or Bigger

If your looking to have your turbo ported give Control Flow a ring

So you'll piss in somebody else's cornflakes, but won't eat em yourself huh?

If you are looking for a budget power increase pick up a cast 14b manifold and a 14b. You can even upgrade to a 16 down the road. That's what i did. Don't mess with the t25 or manifold. Just my opinion
a 2Gen manfold flows better n cracks alot less. Great Job giving BAD INFO
