I am looking for a few more Hp. Would it benifit me any to pull the honeycombs or back the screw out? I have read somany threads on this and everyone has a diff. opinion. This is my daily driver so I dont want it running like crap. Please reply if you know first hand what this will do.
I am putting 300 hp/tq. to the wheels now. Need a little more though.

How about, I'll sell you mine with the honeycombs already out for free. So you can try it out enjoy your car running like $hit. :thumb:

I second the "no" on that idea....

It won't give you any noticeable HP gains. It will make the car run rough for a minute or two, but most ECUs can compensate after a bit. Mine ran fine after the first couple of minutes after I cranked it back up after removing the side honeycombs. Don't take out the big one in the center, though. I ended up putting mine back in after a while since I couldn't get my fuel trims right with DSMLink, even with the MAF Compensation sliders that it has. I had taken them out to try to compensate for running overly rich before I got the DSMLink.
