RED STOCK SEATS IN 1g Lasers???

I disagree 100%, IMHO, the DSM 1G seats are some of the nicest out their. Especialy the black leather ones-here's mine:

Also...IMHO...the 1G's look more like racing seats, the ones in 2g's look like 4dr sedan seats.

It's all a matter of opinion. I know some people like the 1g seats. Also I autocross a lot and a stock seat doesn't hold you in worth a damn, so I need aftermarket anyway. I'm buying the Corbeau Forza here soon for my car.

The red interior and the tan inteior are the ugliest interiors I have ever seen. Almost like the BLUE interior in my 2g I need to change it to the all black/black leather.

dsm's had a total of 4 colors of interior from what I've seen. Red, Tan, Black, and the most common gray. I once saw a two tone black and gray setup, but I think it might have been died as it was on base model 2.0 1g nt with hubcaps at the junkyard.

Any idea how well that checkered color pattern dyes? I'd like to go darker at some point. Not sure if I should dye it (much cheaper) or swap for other seats.

I've never dyed them, I would think that if you went to a black in the center that it would just overpower the little color dots and turn them black as well.

those black leather seats in a 1g look very nice.....

I'm just gunna have my neighbor from across the street upholster my stock seats with black leather before he takes off to Mexico.
