1g Stock seats and Harness's

Looking through this thread I don't think the grommet trick will work with all seat styles. Devlish seems to have the same style I have and I had to take the cover off and cut the metal underneath to get the belts through. Here's a link to mine.

You just have the nt seats. It is very possible to do it on these too. On my turbo seats I still had to cut through the metal.

There was metal to be cut on mine as well. I didn't do the cutting however. The shop that did the re-upholstry cut the metal/seats in order for the grommets to work. The link provided on the 1st page talks about needing to cut the metal for the grommets to be installed.

Sorry to bring this back from the dead guys, but as everyone always says .. I SEARCHED .. and i FOUND so im posting.


Does anyone know where i can find the seatbelt gromets? I tried the corbeau site like mentioned on vfaq and a couple other ones that were listed or told to me .. but none have been sucessful. I cant find these anywhere. Someone have a link or something?

You have to actually call Corbeau. I got them dealer direct for $11. Call their 1-800 number.

Oh alright .. cool thanks guys. I searched their site but i didnt see any on there so i wasnt sure if they decided to discontinue selling them or not. Thanks for the help fellas.
