Recommended boost

Alright. I want to run about 16psi daily on 92oct gas, I have the following mods:

ACT2600
S-AFC II
PocketLOGGER
3" HKS Catback
3" Testpipe
Hacked MAF
TurboXS RFL BOV
Strong stock 14B

Assuming that after I have it tuned I have 0-3 counts of knock through the band, I should be running efficiently and not just pushing hot air, correct? I'm almost sure this will be fine, but I don't want to push too much PSI for my near-stock setup.

Basically just looking for reassurance that my setup will be running well

id bet yer 16 psi is plenty safe.

I would suggest that without any fuel mods (rewired fuel pump, fuel pump, or injectors), I would keep it at 15psi. But if you're not getting any fuel cut at 16psi, more power to you.

I would definately recommend getting a Walbro to be safe. It's only $100 vs $1xxx if you blow your engine from running lean

Definately get a pump, and 550's might be a good idea on 92.

I also suggest a better fuel pump. The fuel pump should allow for 16PSI. I would leave the boost at about 14PSI until you get a better pump. Better to be safe when messing with the boost.

Watch your logs. Keep knock in check and keep IDC below 90% and you will be fine.
