Recirculated BOV Problems wont Accelerate

Just swapped a Dejon Intake from my Injen Intake and recirculated my bov, The car seems like it does not want to accelerate itll lock on rpms, Like 2k-3k then it goes back to 2k or locks at 3k once it gets past it itll just lock at 4k and itll stop from there .. Any clue what im dealing with?

Did you plug your maf back in?

Yeah I never took it off I only swapped my intake tube

Do you have any boost leaks?

Not sure if your stock but do you have all 3 hoses hooked into the intake. One is the factory boost solenoid

Don't mean to take away from you fixing the problem but what are the advantages of switching from the Injen Intake to the Dejon Tool?

Check your maf, you could have knocked down the bottom honeycomb. I've done that a few times. Just take off the filter and you'll be able to see it.

I don't think I have any boost leaks the car wasnt running like this before I recirculated my bov I was just running a vented bov cause my injen intake had no port to recirculate my bov and that is why I swapped it for a dejon because it had a recirculate port.. And I only have two lines which I used a T to hook up because the intake had only one port

Do you have a picture of how you installed it? It sounds like you did something weird. It should have been really straight forward.

I added a T to the new dejon intake port because it only had one port while my old injen intake had two ports so i used a T to connect two of those hoses into one..

Where did you hookup you bov pressure line?

nothing should be T'd coming off the intake tube.

1 line (medium one) goes to the valve cover
1 line (smallest one) goes to the boost control solenoid
1 line (the fat one) goes to the charcoal canister

They can all be deleted and capped off though. (If done correctly)
