The open port on your BOV would connect to the tube with the white cap on your intake pipe. The stock recirc tube might work...not sure. It's sort of an "S" shape. Shouldn't take you long to find a pic of a stock 2g engine bay. If it works, I'm sure you can get one from someone who upgraded their intake setup and MAS such that they could vent "legally".

EDIT: Here's a pic of sort-of-stock setup. The recirc tube is kinked a bit because either the BOV or intake pipe are in slightly non-stock positions (picture has upgraded BOV and intake pipe).

Basically all you have to do is go from the nozzle on the BOV to that opening on the intake piping. The white cap is covering where it goes, and all you really need is a rubber hose and clamp it on both ends. Simple. :) Course, the hard part is getting a hose that slips over both end to go from one to the other. Perhaps a Loop?

Yeah i just wondering what kind of tube i was thinking maybe a rubber radiator hose cut and fit but over all any type of rubber hose that fits will work? Also i took the bov off and seems to be a little oil in the intake maybe turbo seal?

you need to find a tube that is close to the size of the BOV, as said there should be some 1 on here that has one laying around.

Yeah that would be nice if someone had one laying around but ill try and find a rubber hose in the mean time thanks guys

Using a straight section of hose might be a pain, because it'll kink unless you do loop it somehow as was mentioned. I'd do a search for 2g recirculation tube and see what comes up. My guess is a used one would be $5 and the S&H would be $5 heh.

EDIT: Here's a brand spankin' new one from thedsmgraveyard.com:

As for oil in the BOV, it might be fine. Stock setup with the valve cover breather sends oil into the intake pipe as a mist, and it collects on the walls of your entire intake tract from intake pipe on. That's why folks put breather filters and/or catch cans on the VC breather line...and often do it wrong and mess up their PCV system (whole other can of worms). If you have a good bit of oil in your lower IC pipe, it might be seals. Check the turbo for shaft play and clean out the intake pipe, lower IC pipe, and turbo outlet, put everything together, then test it again in a week and see if there are pools of oil in the LICP. If so, it's either seals or excessive oil getting pushed through the VC breather.

Looking at the picture of your setup again, I bet the stock recirc tube will work perfectly. The tube on the intake pipe is at a stock-like angle (like my aftermarket Dejon intake pipe), and the BOV outlet looks stock-like, too, so my guess is it'll fit. Ideally, the flat spot on the recirc tube is on the top (to clear the hood), and the link I posted shows it off to the side a bit, because that intake pipe recirc tube is at a non-stock angle. Anyway, WD40 each end of the tube and slide the tube on, and clamp 'er down.

You can pm me, but I'm not on the site every hour of the day like I used to be :). But I'll probably be on over the next week or so as I deal with some clutch stuff I've never had to do before (this site is a wonderful thing).

EDIT: You'll need to pick up two hose clamps, unless dsmgraveyard includes them.
