1G Rebuilt head... idle problems

So I just got my car back from the shop, after bending all the valves, guides and taking the intake cam with it too. And now the idle seems extremely rough and surges from 500 to 800 making a low almost grinding noise. I have to rev it up a few times to let the RPM's settle. I had idle problems similar to this before the car had a rebuild. Any ideas on what it could be?

My current upgrades are:

550cc RC injectors
SAFC II
16g turbo
Greddy BOV
K&N intake
ACT 2600 Clutch

If the head was redone and put back on at a shop I think I would have them check it out sounds like they are liable if you haven't drove it to much.
