i have a 95 eagle talon, i rebuilt the engine (rod bearings crank bearings, pision rings, honed cylanders and new gaskets) when i started it up it sputtered a little bit then idled like crap and died. i cyled the key a few times to build fuel pressure and it started right up and idled fine. after a few minutes of ideling i tryed to raise the rpms, i bearly pressed the gas and it ackted like there was a huge load on the engine. after it got up to 2500 rpm it reved fine but only when you lightly press the gas. if you try to rev it quickly it bulds boost and acts like there is a huge load on the engine. i can hit peak boost just reving it to 4000 rpm. and when you let off the gas it wants to die. i cheaked all the eletrical connectors and all vacuume lines and all are fine, also i cheaked timing multiple times and all points line up. when it idles rough it has 10 in of vacuume with a shakey needle and when it idles at 900rpm it has around 18 in of vacuume with a steady needle. please tell me what you think.

well u guys i got it fixed. and the timing was perfectly on. but i sitll am a dumb ass, when i replaced the balance shaft belt and put it all back togeather i put the crank reluctor wheel on backwards. but its running good now and thanks of all the advice.
