I just reinstalled my transmission after replacing a broken shift rail and it seems to be slipping only when you put pressure on the opposite splines on the other shaft here is a video If its something major I think I am going to AWD swap.Tell me what you guys think.

Some more Info:
when i removed my axles they got completely trashed the splines got miss-threaded and on the driver side I could not even remove the axle from the hub assembly I have to buy a new one I had it on an outdoor vice and heated it red hot and slammed on it with a sledge that thing was not coming out. So I ordered used axles from s and m auto a supporting business one here I installed the passenger axle not really paying much attention to the spline count but i did notice that my old on looked a little different could this be my issue?

I pulled the new axle out and counted the splines it seems that They send me a 25 slipline for the short shaft and a 27 for a long shaft I contacted them and they are shipping out a 27 short shaft for me.
