Hi guys i am planning on doing a rebuild. If I get new topline 88mm crankshaft and lets say wiesco pistons and eagle rods do i get standard size bearings? do i have to measure clearances with all new bearings and internals?

No i have never rebuilt one,but i have been reading alot. I am not planning to do this for another 6 months so im trying to get everything in line. Also, when i take my block to the machine shop, does he have to cut my rings for proper clearances?

I'm looking for around 350-400 hp for a daily driver. So topline wont hold up?

Topline might hold up but there is nothing wrong with a stock crankshaft. There is no need to replace the crankshaft unless it has some damage. Even at that replace it with an OEM unit. As long as you are careful and follow the steps needed and ask or research any questions you have there is no reason you can't do this yourself. Don't cheap on parts. Especially balance shaft eliminator kits and its always a good idea to replace your front case assembly/oil pump. Check and double check clearances and torque. Make sure your gaps are done and have your rotating assembly balanced at the machine shop.

So i give the machine shop with my block, rods, pistons, crankshaft, and flywheel? aslo do i fit the wrist pins before or after?

He is using Eagle rods. Take the block to the machine shop and the head. Have the head pressure tested and make sure everything is ok. Have the block, cleaned, decked, bored .020" over, have them fit the pistons to the block and set the piston wall clearance. From there if you want you can check the rest of them with simple tools. To have the rotating assembly balanced give them the crank, rods, pistons, flywheel, pressure plate, and harmonic balancer.
