i need to know if it is easier to remove my engine to replace the timing belt alot with rebuild the whole drivers side of my engine. i am experiencing an oil leak that i cannot find where it is coming from. i have replaced my valve cover gasket it slowed the leak but i cannot find where it is coming from. with the engine out is there any gaskets that i should be really wanting to replace. since the tranny will be out also should i look into a lsd for my tranny and can anyone recommend one. thanks ahead of time.

If you are going to take out the engine, you might as well replace all the gaskets. Front case, oil housing, and replace the tensioner too. It could be coming from your oil pan gasket.

or your front main seal or various other seals and gaskets over there. if your gonna pull the motor I personally refresh the whole motor.

yeah i have a oil leak on he driver's side as well. and it kind of leaks where the oil pan gasket is. but the side one is different. I would say rebuild the engine since you have it all out. so it can be like a fresh new engine... vrooom
