So im going to be breaking in my engine starting this weekend. I know you should speed up and slow down alot like in stop and go traffic to seat the rings, but can I put atleast 100 miles a day of stop and go to break it in fast? I want to put as many miles on it as fast as i can between break in oil changes. Is there any downside to this?

I like this method:
Break In Secrets--How To Break In New Motorcycle and Car Engines For More Power

I used 30W Brad Penn break-in oil for the first 20mins of idling at 3K RPM. Drained oil, replaced filter, filled with new 30W Brad Penn break-in oil. Cruised for 20miles opening up throttle to get boost followed by deceleration while in gear. Replaced oil and filter with some Walmart 10W40 Castrol conventional oil and kept replacing in every few hundred miles or so until 2K miles, during this time interval I was tuning the car, dyno, and lots of city driving. At 2K miles I will replace it with Amsoil Dominator 15W50 Full Synthetic oil.

Ok,but will it hurt it to put alot of miles on it a day?

Your motor can't tell time. :)

Follow that procedure that ulitka linked to and just don't overheat it. Don't spend a lot of time idling before hitting the road to break it in. You should have everything pretty much ready to go before cranking it...once it starts, get it able to run smoothly with as little idle time as possible. Then once it's warmed up, hit the road with it.

Ok,thanks man. Also would it be a good idea to adjust base timing as soon as I fire it up or later?

The most important thing with breaking in an engine is to vary the RPM's as much as possible. Never sit at an RPM for too long. This includes when idling or cruising. If you're on the freeway, downshift and upshift regularly. You should do this for at least the first 1,500-2,000 miles, but 80% of the break-in happens within the first 20 minutes that the engine is running.

cool thankyou. Also i'm starting out using a 30w non detergent oil, about when should I switch to regular 10w30,and then synthetic 10w30? miles wise?

When I did mine, i used 30W non-detergent for the first 100 miles. Then I changed it out and ran regular Castrol GTX and that's what I've used ever since. 30,000 miles later and my motor is still going strong. If you want to use synthetic, I'd wait until you have at least 5,000 miles on the motor.

Personally I dont think it really matters just drive it normally and stay off the highway. Keep your eye on the OP gauge and change the oil frequently. Stay off synthetic for 5000 miles to get the best ring seat.
