Double? break in question.

I have a newly rebuilt 6 bolt for my 97 GSX and have been reading on the break in and have decided the Motoman method is the way I want to go (please don't take over the thread with opions on engine break in I know its a touchy subject) Anyway.
I also have a brand new Exedy clutch that also has never been broken in. From my past experience with clutches, unless it's a DD it needs to be broken in for like 500 miles before you rip on them.

Is this true about my clutch? Because its hard to do the Motoman break in and baby a clutch for 500 miles..... I don't want to ruin my new clutch and I don't want to break my 6 bolt in wrong...

What do I do?

just try not to slip the clutch, don't do launches.
On my new motor, I threw a new flywheel with a fresh surface on with an older clutch. Ran the car at 20psi for a break in and it was fine.

You want to do a lot of stop and go driving at around 10 psi, after 200 miles you can crank it up.
