1G Rear upper control arm eccentric bolt

I pulled my rear upper control arms today and the bolt was seized on one side so I had to cut it off. The only place I found that sells them is rtmracing and it’s $30 shipped from Canada. I’m going to call extremepsi and jnz tomorrow to see if they carry it.

Does anyone else sell them?

Since I’m installing adjustables, can I just use a bolt (correct size of course) and drill out the washer part of the head to reuse?
