2G Rear spoiler repair

Ok so my spoiler brake light is rattling from the vibration from my exhaust. I noticed some screws up under the spoiler holding this thing in. Do I have to take off the spoiler to get to these screws? Does someone make a screw driver small enough to fit under there?

There are some types of screw drivers shaped like an S you can buy, with phillips on one end and flat head on the other. One of those would work. As for a regular screwdriver, I believe no, none are small enough.
