Rear diff bushings

i need some help, can somebody share the dimensions from the rear differential bushings?

and is better a solid bushings or not for a daily driver?

I just got a set of solid Polly bushings for a 1g. This is my race car. And I don't recommend them for a daily driver. And they are difficult to put in. I.E. you have to drop the rear end, gas tank ect to do so. The best bang for the buck in regards to bushings is the total bushing kit. I did this to my 95 GSX. It took a long time. But so worth it.
Go to harbor fright and get the 20 ton press. (it was on sale and a few bucks more then the 10) and a few I had to burn out with a hand torch. But it made the biggest difference in handling.
