Rear Camber

I have a 99 Gs and it has been lowered (before I bought it) and I am trying to correct the rear camber as it has already worn out a set of tires. I tried the washers behind the upper mounts, but didnt fix all the camber issues. I see where there are kits for the AWD cars that replace the bar all together. I was wondering if this would work on a GS model and if not any suggestions would be great. My camber appears to be about 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch off still. Should I just add more washers and see if that fixes the issue?

search 99 eclipse rear camber kit on ebay. they are around 70 bucks and they work for all trims eclipses. the washers are just a rigged version of the camber kitand adding more washer could cause the extended bolts to snap
