Hello! I’m doing a full ground up rebuild of a 1999 GST I’m currently working on the brake system, I have installed an ABS delete and was wondering if anyone sells or can make braided lines to run all the way back to the rear calipers from the proportioning valve, thanks in advance,

I dont know of any. Are your stock hardlines damaged?

Check with your local hydraulic shop. Most places can make just about whatever you want. They just won't be "dot" approved. I have seen some stainless braided "builder kits" on summit before too.
Would be better and cheaper to do hardlines though and then braided from the frame to the caliper.
Steel line, bender and double flaring tool aren't too expensive and it's fun to do.
Or just pick up a couple sticks of the bendable stuff from your local parts house.

You can have them made up if you take the length measurement and and angles required. I did a very similar setup on my 2G but Im now internal to the cabin vs external bit can work the same way. Just make sure whom ever does them the shielding is strong and the fittings are stainless not mild steel as you do not want those to corrode either.
