Really weird noise

Ok so today i install my mtxl, pulled my car out of the gargage and did the calibration and then let it idle for about 15 mins, the minute i pulled my car back into the garage it started to make a stange squealing sound not from the accessory belt. I took a video you can hear it as i crank before the car even starts i did run the wideband cable in the speedo line on the firewall, the noise doesnt change at all threw rpms but it does change pitch at the same rpm some help pls!!!

Sounds kind of like a pulley loose or bearing going out.

If it were a pulley or bearing wouldnt it change through rpms im gonna pull the belt tonight and see if it stops thia way i can narrow it down to the water pump crank pulley or alternator

fixed it there was a hole in brake booster line
