Rattling comming from head?

Hey guys, Today i noticed when i started my car i hear a slight rattle. So i popped my hood to see what the sound was and its a pretty loud rattling sound, Its quiet at idle and barely noticeable, But once it gets above 2k its pretty loud, It sounds nothing like a knock, bearing or valve, It sounds like something is loose inside my head near my cams on #1, I tried to make a video of the sound but all i have is a phone and my exhaust is so loud int overpowers it on the recording, Anyone have an idea? Thanks.

its not a constant tick like a lash, Its like for example someone had bolts in a can shaking it sort of sound, not exactly like that but a rattle more than a tick or constant knocking.

Might be a broken bolt or screw head, or chunk of metal from the intake system.

Pull the plugs and see if there is any mark on them. Then, insert a mechanics magnet into the plug holes to see if you can steel fragments. If it is a piece of aluminum, of course, the magnet won't help.

At that point, you might have to pull the head.

Sounds like it may be a lifter letting the rocker slap around little bit. I would get the valve cover off and check it out before you start it again.
