Random Wires

i have a yellow wire and a green wire coming out of the alternator harness. they have a metal tab with 2 holes in the tab. i am not sure where they go. i also have all the wires hooked up to the alternator. i am assuming it has something to do with the oil pressure sensor or the light.

Is your oil pressure gauge working? There's a wire that goes to the sending unit which is on the back of the oil filter housing. There's also a wire for the dummy light which is on the other side of the oil filter housing.

Was it like the greenish/blue (oil pressure sensor) and yellow (oil dummy light) wires on the left side of the picture?
