Random dieing, boggy, idles low, please help

I have done research on here and I can find nothing on my problem :(. My cars clutch went out and I pulled the motor to replace it. I put it back in the next day and drove it for a few weeks. My problem then started it started as if it were spark plugs it began to spit and sputter. It would idle low be very boggy and hardly have any power. It would then just randomly die when reved up in 4000 rpms. I've changed the plugs,wires, cps cam shaft sensor, the coil has spark and there is fuel coming from the fuel line. It started dieing after I cleared my codes and it seemed to idle better I can post the codes I had b4 I cleared em I really need help ive tried everything that I know of any help I'd appreciate it I've even tried the tests from other threads and they passed irk what it could b :(
 
Did you try disconecting the battery for 20 mins.Then drive around and see if the computer resets.Not sure if this will work,but try it.Your codes should come back,and then you can post them.

Is this for a 420A?If not your in the wrong area.Sorry I have no ideas about a 4G63
 
It's for an eclipse 420a my dd my tsi got smashed by a semi RIP haven't had time to update profile:(. I have reset them and I'll post codes when I get home. Would a painted valve cover have any effect on the coil not grounding good?
 
Ran the codes they are po403 po123 po300 po301 po171 po130 po301 po304???
 
Thanks starfish but now the engine won't start. When you cycle the key you can hear the fuel pump start. I have checked for spark with a screwdriver in each plug but when ever you stop grounding out a wire it will die. I am getting fuel took the line off and cycled the key and there is fuel I have not pressure tested yet. It will also turn over and run if you unhook the battery and unplug the computer it idles fine as soon as you give it throttle to 3500 rpms it immediately dies. I don't understand how this could happen I just don't understand how this could happen it ran fine before I pulled the motor for a clutch job
 
So I thought I had this problem fixed we cleared all the codes multiple times and it ran fine. Two days ago I go to start it and it's super cold out and it begins to spit and sputter and won't go anywhere unless you hold it to the floor then it gets all the power back. But from 100 to 4000 rpms it's a dog. I had the codes read at autozone and it said random misfire and misfire in cyl 1 and 4 I tryed a new coil pack while I was there it didnt help I'm bout ready to give up and take it to a shop
