Alright so i have a connector under the dash of my 2g, it is at the passenger side glove box area, i have traced 4 of the wires all the way back to my fuel pump/gauge harness. what is it? and can i eliminate it fully?

For some reason I want to say that looks like the stereo harness but I can't figure out why you'd have found it near the passenger glove box.
 
Not the amp, the head unit plug. I haven't seen that plug shape elsewhere that I can recall.

I think it might be the plug for ABS if i had it from the factory tho im not sure because i just found a thread elsewhere that someone else found the same thing. but why it would go to the fuel pump i do not know
 
I actually have the same plug in my car, it goes to nothing... with all the electrical issues I've been having, I figured the jacka$$es before me decided to test their non existent spark chasing skills... everything was working so I just left it alone... however, I wonder if theres any wires I could use out of there... like constant 12v or switched 12v wires... pre run, hell yeah :D
