since then i had it home and put oil in it and tried to start it
it want start i dont have spark in cylindes 1 and 4
i changed the coil pack power transistor cas and everything except for ecu and cps
i dont know what it could be

i just bought a 98 rs 420a 5 speed with same problem (no oil) so i tried to do like the other guys have said before about "priming "the lifters and just having a friend turn it once more was all it took to have the lifter seize up and bent a valve as i watched be carefull. This isnt the first eclipse/Talon i've had to replace valves in and its not fun.good luck
