was driving my car and it was running fine
so i decide to turn around and when i did my car just died
i checked under the car and there was oil on the ground the oil filter was loose
since then i had it home and put oil in it and tried to start it
it want start i dont have spark in cylindes 1 and 4
i changed the coil pack power transistor cas and everything except for ecu and cps
i dont know what it could be

Running the car outta oil shouldnt effect spark. But for good measure did you pull the plugs and see what they look like? While there out might not be a bad idea to check compression too, just to be sure you didnt screw anything up inside.

yah i kinda figured that
my compressions fine it blew my dads hand off when he put his hand over it

you can still get away with being 2.5 quarts down...BUT, when applying oil filters: when the base makes contact with the filter gasket, you keep turning until a full revolution after contact is made.

Put a mark on the filter when the gasket makes contact with the base. That way when you see the mark come around after one turn, you know that the filter is indeed tight enough on the base to not come off by self loosening.

do you think that the cps will cause cylinders 1 and 4 to miss fire

Normally when the CPS goes out it kills signal to all 4. When im trying to find out a no spark at work, and i have verified power at the coils, i check the CPS. But i havent seen it only cut power to 2 cylinders. A CPS is normally a magnetic switch that reads a ring gear or notches like a ABS sensor, and when it goes, its done.

do you think by running low on oil could cause the miss fires in the cylinders

Running low on oil could cause a symptom that feels like a missfire, but not actually cause you to loose spark.
If some of the lifters ran dry, they could collapse, and cause valves not to open enough or at all. This would probably show up on a compression test, but would usually clear up on it's own by starting and shuting off the engne a few times.

which way were you turning when this happened? was it a right turn by any chance? if so you might have minor crankwalk and your crank might of wiped out your CPS. Happened to my 2g. I tried everything but a CPS and a month later said what the He11 and put a new CPS on and BAM! she fired up, but didnt last but another 2 weeks.

i turned around and went to back up and didnt give it enough gas and the car died
and didnt start again
it was a left turn
and usually the cps will make all cylinders miss like the other guy said

not ALWAYS, I had this problem when my CPS went out and my car was only firing on two cylinders. But i mean only 2 of my cylinders were NOT getting fuel, I thought it was everything fuel, fuse and relay related but it turned out to be the last possible thing I didnt try. Had probably 5 of my High Performance teachers, like 30 students, and one teacher being the "ALL MIGHTY NATE BROWN"! ha. he's like a DSM master but he had no clue what it was. I worked at Pep Boys at the time and had our Master Tech look at the car and he couldnt figure it out. Also had a Mitsubishi dealership check it out but they wouldnt touch it, they said they didnt have any idea and they'd have to basically rip the car apart and the bill would probably be ridiculous so I sent the car to a place that ONLY messes with electrical problems and they checked like every wire for a short or something and had no clue. Turns out a bad CPS can make 2 or ALL of your injectors not get grounded. Hope you can figure it out, keep us posted.
