Here's another theory.

Piece of the gasket got stuck in between the turbine wheel preventing it from spinning. While our boy was moving the turbo around it fell off. Lets hope all is well with the turbo .

Oh look at you just coming up with these crazy theories as if anything like that would ever happen on a DSM

OP please do, i'm curious if anyone was right.

Hey guys, So much for posting back in a month or two. @boostdawd @jakk220 Finally got the turbo off the other day, pulled it apart. no visible damage to any of the fins, I'll post pics tonight when I get home.
