Alright so here's the deal. My car sat for about a year and a half, just before it was Parked the timing belt was removed. So last week I put it on a trailer, took it to a shop and got my timing set. Got the car home, changed the oil, sucked all the gas out of it, so on and so fourth.
So I drive it for 2 days, runs great, not a problem. Go to fire it up te next day for work, and all it does is crank and crank. It sounds like it has zero compression. So me and my to brothers have been tinkering with it, and have gotten no where. Any ideas?

Might have jumped timing, average mechanics dont know how to properly install timing belts on cars like ours so I would guess they didn't get the slack out properly and it jumped due to your description of a fast cranking condition.

So I broke a rocker arm, sucked er into the cylinder. So I'm gonna pray I don't have to go buy another new head. But time shall tell.
