radio don't work

bought this 98 talon and the radio don't work what can i do i cheaked all fuses and they were good.

my radio doesnt work either, but the cd player and tape deck work. i had the service tech at mitsu look at it and he tore it apart and told me i needed a new head unit. the stock head unit goes for 1g, an alpine system goes for $150. if it dont work, check to make sure your antennae is going up, see if the other functions of the head unit work, and i would also check your harness for the unit and make sure that all of the wires are attached. taking out the stereo isnt a big job at all... just tear off that black bezel and its all right there. post your results here, i wanna know how it goes.

come to find out the whole harnness for the radio was cut like they took the radio the had put in so i fixed that but still having probs so i'm just going to replace it.

Check on Ebay for used stock radios. There's always a few floating around in there.
