So, why has no one made a radiator cooling plate for us? I'm sure it wouldnt be that hard to make. I'm going to see if I can score some sheet metal and hammer out a dummy tomorrow. If I dont, I'm going to overheat with my new FMIC anyways.

They see fit to make them for civics and not us?
 
I decided to go with foam. I bought walmart foam for $5 and cut it into strips and sprayed general adhiesive behind it after dismounting the top mounts for the radiator and put it on the frame.
