I am a soon to be ghost. Buying an Acura TSX 6 Speed Nav tomorrow and the Talon will be gone in 2 weeks or so It's a sad day but I'll still stop by and contribute. I'll be back to full force lurking when I have more time and money and buy another DSM.

You should of considered all of the fixing of the TALON before buying it. If the car didn't look road worthy for $1000, you should of bought it cheaper, or bought another DSM that acctualy was road worthy for $1000. But if you got a lemon, get rid of it. Nice choice on the Nissan 300ZX. Thats a nice touring car.

Hey everyone I just wanted to say its been a good 5 years being a member of the DSM community. But the time has come to move forward. As of March 1st 2008 I traded my 99' GSX AWD for a 2008 Cadillac CTS(AWD). Good luck with your goals everyone!

I sold the GSX I swore up and down that I would never do it and still cant believe I did it!! For those of you that know me, know how much I loved my car and dsm's. Had orders to Ft Lewis, WA and 4 cars and a bike was gonna be too much to move, so we sold the MR2 turbo, the bike and the gsx. Orders changed last week and I'm going to Ft Story like I had wanted but the car is already gone
To make me feel a little better, I ordered 2 supercharger kits for my 08 mustang GT/CS and my husbands 07 GT.

I sold my 90 TSi about 1-2 years ago. Biggest mistake of my life. Everytime I think about it, it makes me so sick to my stomach I want to puke. I wish I could go back and time and change it. To make matters worse, when the owner bought it, he emails me and tells me the drivetrain is a POS, when it was checked out by Buschur Racing, and I promptly laid down retarded fast 60fts.
I know I regret it every day.

I havent had any problems with the guy that bought it from me. He likes it alot and has good plans for it. He will never love that car like I do but hopefully close to it

After i sold the car, i bought an 88 crx si for $400 and i was going to swap out the motor but neved did and ended up selling it again. I solt it for $1000 then excactly 2 days later, browsing through craigslist, I came across a 95 tsi awd ad. call it right away checked it out and bought it, drove it home. Only problem was a CEL light and an alternator!

You'll find a better one someday. just wait awhile for a good deal.

Mine was exactly how I wanted it. New stock color paint, fast, everything was exactly how I wanted it! Don't think I could own another one unless it was identical to mine. Think I might stick with the stang for awhile.
