Hi All,

I have a 95 gsx that I put 3inch piping from the turbo back with a Magnaflow exhaust. That was awesome at the time and the deep tone was great for a while but now I am more interested in a quieter exhaust. So, can anyone recommend a muffler that is quieter than the Magnaflow yet won't kill my power? I tried resonators on the Magnaflow and that barely cuts into the noise, so I believe my only option is to swap out my muffler for a new more quiet one.

I have a similar setup, it's not really loud at all, and it's a full 3 inch exhaust from the turbo back. I do have a CAT though, that probably makes a big difference. Normal driving around town and it's pretty hard to tell any difference from stock.

In my opinion your best bet would be a vibrant muffler. It's stock appearing and has a great sound that isn't too loud at all. I had one on my 95 gsx and I absolutely loved it.

Maybe the issue is that I bought the magnaflow that flows straight through. I like the video of your gsx on the dyno!

I will take a look at the vibrant, thanks for the info!
