Quick Type S (Greddy) part question

I just got my Type S in the mail today.. just wondering what the part circled in red is? I'm guessing that it's for plugging a hose so that you can vent to atmosphere, but wanted to make sure before I put the bov on my car.

Thats what it looks like. Hmm, I didnt even get that piece when I got my Type-S

I just received my kit as well and I presumed it's the cap for the intake if you decide to vent.

Damnit, I need that thing. I used a cap from a photo film cannister and duct tape to vent. Lol. Nothing like a little good ol' Kentucky chrome! I'll buy that piece off of you for 5 bucks!

Mine didn't come with that either. From what it looks like, you put some of the recirc piping on the intake and put that piece in the piping to block it off. I got jipped,grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
