Quick tuck question

Nearing the end of my wire tuck and if y'all can tell me if I can eliminate the two wires going to the top sensor on the thermostat housing. The wiring diagram say its an air conditioning switch which I'm assuming is for the second fan. I don't have ac anymore so was going to pull them out buy wanted to double check first, to make sure it didn't control the main cooling fan also

That switch is A/C related and can be safely deleted. Use a 3/8" BSPT plug like those found in the oil filter housings for a clean yet reversible look.

The same goes for the yellowed vacuum "switch" below that on the front of the housing if you've done a vacuum line delete.

If you're still running both stock fans that switch will bypass the AC switch to turn the secondary fan (AC fan) on during an overheating situation. Since you're doing a tuck you could just rewire both fans together, but take note that running both fans draws a lot from the charging system and will be semi-detrimental to performance (Although you probably won't notice anything).
