I am tucking my chassis harness and fuse box harness.

I was planning on routing my harness like so

Planning on routing most of the wires behind the dash, and then going out the unused grommet on the passenger side of my car (I dont have ABS) for the passenger side headlight, side marker, and cooling fan. As well as the +12 to my battery (dropped down on frame rail).

I've already got a super long replacement wire for the alternator, bigger gauge.

Going to have the junction for the engine harness inside under the dash, fuse box in glovebox.

Main question is, will I still need to lengthen the wires for the drivers side doing it this way? If so where should I purchase some good quality automotive wire? Or would my best be cutting harness off a van or something in a junkyard to get multiple gauges and colors?

Secondary question is, what have most people been doing to mount the fusebox to the glovebox?

Answered my first question. Yes some of the wires are going to need to be lengthened due to the unique nature of the wiring harness. For whatever reason mitsubishi decided all the grounds would be on one end, well most of them, and then all the hot wires would be at the other end. So the passneger side stuff has super long ground wires, and the driver stuff has super long hot wires.

Then some other plugs just have very short wires coming off splices. So some of the stuff will need to be lengthened. Pretty much all the passenger side stuff will need to be lengthened. Gonna be a major projector for sure. But the car is down until I have funds to go ahead and build the head. So its gonna get done now while I have everything apart to paint the bay.
