Quick question. T25 from a 95 tsi fit in a 94 tsi??

It is not direct bolt on. The T25 is from a 2G DSM and is a downgrade when compared to the 14B that came on 1990-1994 1G 5-speed DSM's. It also mounts differently and has different coolant lines and oil feed line.

Look for a 14B.

Its not for me im trying to sell the T25, but the buyer wasnt sure if it would fit his car. What changes does he have to make to be able to use it?

Oil return line for the t25/t28 turbo and 1g water lines.

If the potential buyer has an automatic, his turbo might be a 13g, and if this is the case, the exhaust manifold collector is smaller than the turbine inlet of the T25. In that case, he'd need the mods already mentioned along with a 2g mani or a 1g 14b mani...or he could port his 13g mani...which isn't recommended due to the likelihood of cracking in the 1g manis.
