quick MBC question

i just recieved my cheapo ebay MBC and i want to know how exatly to tune with it. is there a rule where as every turn in is one psi? also im assuming turning the screw in is more boost or is that wrong? is there a marking point where half is 15 psi?

they all may be different but on my turbo XS you turn it all the way down and then turn in up 2 turns and that should be about the stock boost but don't get crazy when hitting the road to test where your boost level is at then yes each turn from there should be about 1 psi but they all vary and it varies on the cars to but good luck.
