quick mbc question

im in need of more boost, and i want a boost controller that i can switch from low to high boost. im looking at the Dejon Tool MBC-2a, but i have a question. it says its switchable between stock levels and user levels. can you switch while youre on the move? i know you get a switch that goes inside the car(switches are cool, especially the little toggle ones with the safety covers like jet fighters have........), but could i have low boost in 1st, then hit 2nd and flick the switch for high boost?

i only ask this because i baby the car when im not racing, and i dont want to run a constant 15psi when im daily driving. i want to hit a max of 10 for the daily, and raise it to 15 for that special occasion . any info would be nifty.

as far as i know stock boost is 12-13.....

sry i just threw out a number for the stock boost. right now with my mods it hits 15lbs then drops to 12-13 after 5.5k. i want it 15-16lbs constant,(or at least till the t25 putters out).

but you just said you didn't want to run 15lbs......?

Your T-25 isnt going to hold boost to redline, regardless of your bc. Get a cheap mbc and save for a larger turbo.

i know it's not my thread, but thanks for that info - i didn't know the t25 wouldnt boost all they way.

sry i meant i want stock for daily and 1st gear in a race, then hit the switch and bam hit about 16ish psi in 2nd. ive seen the t25's hit 18lbs and putter out to about 16 before, its my freinds gst, but he has ic piping, 3" dp and a test pipe, and 3" exhaust. and 100k on his t25. ill be getting a 16g when i get my settlement, along with injectors, feul pump, afcr and logger(just need the palm). ill be getting about 5 grand. and i have about 1500 now. i gotta do timing belt and water pump though before all that. im just shopping around before i buy.
