Quick gauge wiring question...

Ok instead of running wires all the way for my boost gauge light, I want to know if I can splice the power an ground of the boost gauge light, to my wideband harness(like an inch or two away from the plug on the back of the wb gauge)
I will be using the little plastic splices not electrical tape garbage...it shouldn't mess with my wb reading or anything right?
Gauges are a autometer phantom boost, and AEM UEGO wb...any help is greatly appreciated thanks!!

I wouldn't just because it could possibly mess with your readings. You're better off running from the ACC that feeds your stereo and ground it to the chassis.

Yeah don't splice into your wideband wiring. That's probably the only gauge I would have it's own power and ground wires since it's vital you get proper readings.

Rather than splice into the radio ACC, buy some fuse taps.
