Quick cam seals question

Can these be replaced without taking the cam sprockets off? Im replacing my valve cover gasket and was told to replace the cam seals while i was at it. This gives me the idea that i dont have to take the sprockets off.Isearched too and no luck.

Dang, that means i might as well replace the timing belt and do the 60k tune up
