Questions about 2.0 long rod

So I've been looking into the different engine builds and I came across this one, 156mm rods with the stock crank in the stock 4g63 block but i'm trying to figure out what all it takes to get these to work. I've heard I need 2.3 stroker pistons? What will my compression be, the same as whatever piston I buy? The other threads I found on this just left me with more questions than i started with.

Unless you are planning to rev over about 9500rpm you aren't going to see many benefits from a long rod 2.0.

As far as getting parts, you need to contact a piston manufacturer either by phone, or email. There are some on the shelf options as well.

Using stroker pistons will give you the correct pin height, but you will not be close to the advertised compression ratio because the stroker piston dish is designed around more displacement into the same combustion chamber size.

Don't go by the advertised number for compression. Instead, calculate it for yourself.

Are you building 6 bolt or 7bolt??

cause you can use evo pistons on either but you get into wrist pin problems...

Ross makes stroker pistons, i was planning on using them for a 2.0 long rod in hopes to rev out 10k safely.

Screw Ross. If you go with them, make sure to go buy aftermarket pins from somewhere like Trend or similar company. My friend and I both had wrist pins crap out on us.

I was thinking the custom magnus ross's, i have couple friends that love their off shelf ross's
