I'm looking at putting these ground control and eibach coilovers on my car and I don't have any experience with suspensions at all. The posts on these coilovers look like they will shoot through my hood they are so long. Does anybody know for sure that these will fit a 1993 NT eclipse and anyone have any pics of these installed on their car? I'm looking for a quick response. Thanks guys,
Jepherz

PS, they are ground control and eibach coilovers KYB AGX rear struts and Gr2 Front wheel drive struts.

The shocks are fully extended (from their internal pressure). When you put them on and lower the car back down, the springhats will slide up the shafts until they hit the bottom of the mounting plate. Only the threaded part of the shock shaft is inside the mounting plate, so they won't stick up through the hood.
